if this is true, y is the eagles FO leaving so much money in cap space. we sellout every year, in one of the biggest markets in america. theres no reason to not use that money for something. are they really that cheap? are they just pocketing this money? theres no reason to have the 5th most cap room in the league. its unacceptable. opinions? comments?

	go figure!!! 18 million of that will be spent on andy's grocery bill!!! i heard banner is only going to start buying inquirers on sundays to cut out coupons so he can get his grocery bill down to 10 million so we can have more room to get a receiver!!!

	I agree with Fillyphan86....but we could sign Boldin or Williams and rework Lito's deal with that cash and still be fine in cap space..........Roster Bonuses is they key here.

	Well this answers a question I asked last week. We can afford Boldin!! Now the f.o. just has to make a deal the Cards cannot refuse. And..what's very interesting, it looks like dallas would have to cut many corners to pay him as much as he wants.

	Well, I'd rather have a lot of room, then end up like the Redskins did, and not have enough money to even lock up our own players, and couldn't even dream about signing a free agent.

	Don't forget that there is a salary floor as well, like 90% of the cap, I think, so somewhere in there things worked out the way we wanted. Some of the guys, like Williams, will be free agents after the season and that money could go pretty quick, add in next years rookie pool and the upcoming uncapped year and I don't blame them for saving every dollar. I think it's just another smart front office move. C'mon guys, it's not like we're the Cardinals

	i've been laughing for about 5 minutes! i doubt that Lurie would be willing to give that much up for Williams, so if he is franchised that is it until the next year, as far as he goes.

	yea i love what the fo office does though (even though they get picked on every year by the fans)... They produce a winning football team without blowing everything in free agency but then when we need to sign a asante or renew a brian westbrook we have the funds to do it... and who knows maybe even enough to sign and please a anquan boldin( just wishing)

	With that Big of a salary cap they should have REALLY sweeten the pot back when Moss was a free agent. So sweet that he wouldn't have any other choice but to sign with the Eagles. But on the plus side we have a 19 Mill salary cap, with 2 first round picks for the 2009 draft, we have a happy Westbrook, we have a sick secondary. All we can do now is dream of a #1 WR.

	I don't understand why everyone likes to release fecal matter on Philly's front office. The around $19 Million or so in cap room is nowhere close to that number now and here's why. I will say that this number was correct after the free agency signings, however it doesn't reflect the signings of DT Mike Marquardt, G Cameron Stephenson( never heard of em? practice squadders). that's not all though, it also doesn't reflect the signings of the TEN rookies of which I see the birds keeping most likely 8 of them. Finally, it doesn't show how much of the cap was effected by Westbrook's new deal. my guess is that they are more likely in the $8 million range in cap space.

	does anyone else think the Cards need a new running back anyways.. Edgerrin James hasnt been himself since he came there. To be all honest, Tony hunt would fit extremely wel in there system. I think he could be a number 1/ or a 1 2 punch in this league. He played like crap last year dont get me wrong, but he hasnt had many reps .. I dont understand how he hasnt gotten alot of reps as runnin back this pre season either. I guess im thinking they could use a RB, CR, etc .. im just tryin to think of a trade that we can keep lito and still get boldin.. im wishin

	if anyone noticed, there are only two playoff teams in the ten teams with the least amount of cap space available, and only 5 in the 20 teams with the least amount of cap space available. in the other 12 teams there are seven playoff teams. You don't have to spend the house to produce a good football team. You just have to spend wisely

	JOE BANNER WOULD BE A GREAT TO HELP YOU DO YOUR TAXES AND GET BACK(IM SURE HE KNOWS ALL THE LOOP HOLES) MORE MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GOING ALL OUT TO WIN A SUPER BOWL YOU CAN KEEP HIM
